Attorney John M. Williams to Present at Cincinnati Bar CLE on Veterans Benefits

Attorney John M. Williams will be presenting a presentation at the Cincinnati Bar Association's VA Disability CLE.  He will be discussing Basic Eligibility for VA Benefits  & Service-Connected Disability Compensation.


This CLE has been planned in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs’ accreditation regulation (38 C.F.R. § 14.629(b)
(1)(iii)) and will include the required topics of: representation before the VA, claims procedures, basic eligibility for VA benefits,
right to appeal, disability compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, and pension. This CLE is open to all attorneys and
VA practitioners but will be most beneficial to those who have already submitted their Form 21 to the VA Office of General Counsel
